Itinerary
You arrive in Srinagar, meet your private driver and transfer to your hotel, with time to settle in and rest after the journey. If timing allows, enjoy your included one-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake; if you arrive late, we fit it in on another Srinagar day. Dinner and overnight in Srinagar.

- Four nights' accommodation: three nights in a Srinagar hotel and one night in a Pahalgam hotel.

- One private Shikara ride of about 60 minutes on Dal Lake, subject to lake operations.
- One agreed authorised Pahalgam local taxi circuit (selected accessible areas of Aru and/or Betaab Valley), subject to the agreed route and current access.

- Any snow-equipped, chained or 4x4 vehicle needed between Tangmarg and Gulmarg during snowfall. This is weather-dependent and charged separately; if required, we share the price and arrangements in advance.
- Vehicle air-conditioning (AC), which is charged separately based on the vehicle type (usually ₹300 to ₹800 per day) and is not included in the package price.
- Skiing, sledging, snowmobiles, ATVs, pony rides and equipment rental.
- Entry fees for parks, gardens, monuments and other attractions unless confirmed.
- Additional Pahalgam local taxi circuits beyond the agreed included circuit.

- Snowfall is never guaranteed. November can look more like autumn than peak winter.
- December snow depends on the actual weather and altitude. January and February can bring cold, icy roads and occasional delays. March conditions change across the valley and the higher mountains.
- Gulmarg Gondola tickets are not included in the package price. We can assist with advance booking at an additional cost, subject to ticket availability, booking confirmation, weather conditions and cable car operations. Early booking is recommended, but tickets cannot be guaranteed.
- The vehicle's air-conditioning (AC) is not included in the package price. If you need AC, it is charged separately depending on the vehicle type (usually ₹300 to ₹800 per day), so please confirm this with us before booking.
- Selected Pahalgam valleys use authorised local transport, which is separate from your main private vehicle.
- Chandanwari and Baisaran appeared on the July 2026 district closure list. We do not assume later opening without a newer official confirmation.
- The couple welcome and special dinner need a confirmed hotel and arrangement, which we confirm in your quotation before you book.
- Any candlelight-style dinner is set up indoors at a suitable venue, as outdoor dining is not suitable in winter.
- We confirm room heating hours, hot water, lift access where needed and power backup for your hotel before you travel.
- Houseboats are optional and need verified winter heating, bathroom warmth and practical access.
- During snowfall, the last stretch to Gulmarg may need a chained or 4x4 vehicle, even with a private main cab. This is weather-dependent and charged separately; if required, we share the price and arrangements in advance.
- Carry warm clothes, gloves, waterproof footwear, valid photo ID and some cash, and keep flexibility for weather-related transport or flight delays.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a private honeymoon package?
Yes. It is a fully private trip for the two of you, with a private vehicle, a private room and a private Shikara ride. There is no shared group.
What honeymoon inclusions are provided?
Once confirmed with your hotel, your booking includes a simple room decoration, a celebration cake (about 500 g) and a special dinner for two. We confirm the exact arrangement in your quotation before you book.
Is the candlelight dinner an additional meal?
No. The special couple dinner is one of your four included dinners, not an extra meal. It is set up indoors, with a candlelight-style table where the hotel allows.
Can we customise the cake and room decoration?
Within what the hotel offers, yes. Tell us your preferences and any dietary needs, and we confirm what is possible in your quotation.
Is a houseboat stay included?
No. All four nights are in hotels, three in Srinagar and one in Pahalgam. A houseboat is optional.
Can we upgrade to a houseboat?
Yes, as an optional paid replacement for a Srinagar hotel night, preferably the final night. We first check its winter heating, bathroom warmth and access, and share the added cost before you book.
Are Gondola tickets included?
No. Gulmarg Gondola tickets are not included in the package price. We can assist with advance booking at an additional cost, subject to ticket availability, booking confirmation, weather conditions and cable car operations. Early booking is recommended, but tickets cannot be guaranteed.
Is Pahalgam internal sightseeing included?
Yes, one agreed authorised Pahalgam local taxi circuit (Aru and/or Betaab Valley) is included, subject to access. These local taxis are separate from your main private vehicle, and we coordinate the handover.
Can we arrange a professional photoshoot or special celebration?
A professional photoshoot, spa time, a bonfire or an upgraded celebration can be arranged as separate paid add-ons, subject to the venue. They are not part of the standard package.
Is it suitable for a honeymoon in January or February?
Yes, with winter planning. January and February are colder with a higher chance of snow and the odd delay, so we keep the pace calm and flexible.
What happens if winter weather affects the itinerary?
If snow or ice closes a planned route, we re-sequence the day or arrange a practical alternative within the contracted scope. We cannot promise access to every spot, and weather-related changes do not automatically mean a refund.
Package Policies
Confirmation Policy
- Payment for your booking can be made in multiple parts.
- Once your first payment is received, you'll get an official email confirmation with your booking summary.
- After completing 100% payment, your final Travel Coffee voucher will be issued — containing hotel details, transport arrangements, inclusions, and emergency contact information.
- Please double-check traveller names, ID proofs, and travel dates before confirming the booking.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method or Travel Coffee wallet, as applicable.
- Refund timelines may vary if third-party suppliers (like hotels or transport partners) are involved.
- Convenience fees, taxes, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- Within 14 days of travel: 100% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations (after trip start) are non-refundable.
- In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force-majeure events, alternate arrangements will be offered whenever possible. However, cash refunds are not available in such scenarios.
Payment Term Policy
- A minimum 25–50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to block your slots.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before travel for domestic trips and 45 days before for international trips.
- Last-minute bookings (within 10 days) require 100% upfront payment at confirmation.
- All payments must be made only via official Travel Coffee channels (links, UPI, or bank accounts) listed on our website. Payments made to personal accounts or unofficial representatives are not recognised by Travel Coffee.
