- Skiing, sledging, snowmobiles, ATVs, pony rides and snow equipment rental.

- Early December varies; January and February can bring cold weather and transport delays; in March, snow conditions vary by elevation.
- Keep arrival day light, as flight arrival times and winter daylight vary.
- Gulmarg Gondola tickets are not included in the package price. We can assist with advance booking at an additional cost, subject to ticket availability, booking confirmation, weather conditions and cable car operations. Early booking is recommended, but tickets cannot be guaranteed.
- Selected Pahalgam valley sightseeing generally uses authorised local taxis, which are separate from your main private cab.
- The vehicle's air-conditioning (AC) is not included in the package price. If you need AC, it is charged separately depending on the vehicle type (usually ₹300 to ₹800 per day), so please confirm this with us before booking.
- The agreed Pahalgam circuit may change if access restrictions apply on your date.
- Chandanwari and Baisaran were named in the July 2026 district closure notice. We verify current permissions before each departure and do not assume they have reopened.
- During snowfall, the last stretch to Gulmarg may need a chained or 4x4 vehicle, even with a private main cab. This is weather-dependent and charged separately; if required, we share the price and arrangements in advance.
- Effective room heating is included during your hotel stay. We confirm the heating hours, hot water timing and power-backup details for your hotel before you travel.
- Carry warm layers, waterproof shoes, valid photo ID, essential medicines and some cash, and allow flexibility for winter flight or road disruption.
- A Srinagar houseboat night can be quoted as an optional replacement for a hotel night, after checking winter heating and access.

Is a Pahalgam local sightseeing cab included?
Yes, one prearranged authorised Pahalgam local taxi circuit covering selected accessible areas of Aru and/or Betaab Valley is included, subject to the agreed route and current access. These local taxis are separate from your main private cab, and we coordinate the handover.
Are Gulmarg Gondola tickets included?
No. Gulmarg Gondola tickets are not included in the package price. We can assist with advance booking at an additional cost, subject to ticket availability, booking confirmation, weather conditions and cable car operations. Early booking is recommended, but tickets cannot be guaranteed.
Can we experience snowfall in November or December?
Maybe, but it is not guaranteed. November is often autumn-like and snow is more likely from January. Conditions change every year, so we cannot promise snowfall on a fixed date.
Is the Shikara ride included?
Yes, one private Shikara ride of about 60 minutes on Dal Lake is included, subject to lake operations and timing.
Is room heating included?

Is this tour suitable for children and senior citizens?
Yes. The hotel nights, the single Pahalgam overnight and the day trips suit families and older travellers. Please share any mobility or health needs, and plan for the winter cold and shorter days.
What happens when roads or activities are closed?
If snow or ice closes a planned route, we re-sequence the day or arrange a practical alternative within the contracted scope. We cannot promise access to every spot, and weather-related changes do not automatically mean a refund.

Confirmation Policy
- Payment for your booking can be made in multiple parts.
- Once your first payment is received, you'll get an official email confirmation with your booking summary.
- After completing 100% payment, your final Travel Coffee voucher will be issued — containing hotel details, transport arrangements, inclusions, and emergency contact information.
- Please double-check traveller names, ID proofs, and travel dates before confirming the booking.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method or Travel Coffee wallet, as applicable.
- Refund timelines may vary if third-party suppliers (like hotels or transport partners) are involved.
- Convenience fees, taxes, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- Within 14 days of travel: 100% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations (after trip start) are non-refundable.
- In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force-majeure events, alternate arrangements will be offered whenever possible. However, cash refunds are not available in such scenarios.
Payment Term Policy
- A minimum 25–50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to block your slots.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before travel for domestic trips and 45 days before for international trips.
- Last-minute bookings (within 10 days) require 100% upfront payment at confirmation.
- All payments must be made only via official Travel Coffee channels (links, UPI, or bank accounts) listed on our website. Payments made to personal accounts or unofficial representatives are not recognised by Travel Coffee.
