- Vehicle air-conditioning (AC), which is charged separately based on the vehicle type (usually ₹300 to ₹800 per day) and is not included in the package price.
- Optional skiing, snowboarding, sledging, snowmobiles, ATVs, ponies and equipment rental.
- Entry fees for gardens, parks, monuments and other paid attractions, unless clearly included.

- November is usually more of a late-autumn experience, with snow not guaranteed. Early December can vary from year to year.
- January and February are colder, with a higher chance of snow-related delays. In March, snow is more likely in the higher areas than in the city.
- Winter daylight is short, so days may begin early and some sightseeing may be shortened for safety.
- Gulmarg Gondola tickets are not included in the package price. We can assist with advance booking at an additional cost, subject to ticket availability, booking confirmation, weather conditions and cable car operations. Early booking is recommended, but tickets cannot be guaranteed. Please also check the official cable car operation and maintenance notices for your date.

- During snowfall, the last stretch to Gulmarg may need a chained or 4x4 vehicle, even with a private main cab. This is weather-dependent and charged separately; if required, we share the price and arrangements in advance.
- Access to Sonamarg town is different from access to Thajiwas, Zero Point and Zoji La, which are higher up and are usually restricted in winter.
- Effective room heating is included during your hotel stay. We confirm the heating hours, hot water timing and power-backup details for your hotel before you travel.
- If you are travelling with elderly family members, please check stairs, lifts and room accessibility with us before confirming.
- Carry valid photo ID, thermals, gloves, a warm jacket, waterproof shoes, regular medicines and some cash.
- Severe weather can delay flights and onward travel, so keep some flexibility in your plans.
- Houseboats are optional and not part of this package. If you want one, it needs separate checking for heating, bathrooms and winter access.

What is the difference between Standard and Premium?
The route, sightseeing, meals and core inclusions are the same. Premium gives you a higher hotel category (high-end 3-star or entry-level 4-star) and a roomier private vehicle (Ertiga or Innova class). It does not add extra sightseeing or extra included experiences.
Are Gondola tickets included?
No. Gulmarg Gondola tickets are not included in the package price. We can assist with advance booking at an additional cost, subject to ticket availability, booking confirmation, weather conditions and cable car operations. Early booking is recommended, but tickets cannot be guaranteed.
Does this package include a houseboat stay?
No. All three nights are in your Srinagar hotel. A houseboat is optional and can be arranged separately, after checking its heating, bathrooms and winter access.
What vehicle will we get?
A private Ertiga or Innova-class vehicle, or a suitable confirmed equivalent, chosen for your group size and luggage. The exact vehicle depends on availability and the winter road conditions on the day.
Are hotel heating and hot water included?
Yes. Effective room heating and hot water are included during your hotel stay, as per the confirmed hotel arrangement. We confirm the heating hours and hot water timing for your hotel before you travel.
Is Sonamarg accessible in winter?
We plan the Sonamarg drive for the town and the mountain views around it, based on the day's road and access. The higher points like Thajiwas, Zero Point and Zoji La are usually restricted in winter. If the route is not suitable, we plan a practical Srinagar-based alternative instead.
Can we add a houseboat night?
Yes, as an optional paid upgrade. We will confirm the vessel, its winter heating, bathrooms and access, and share the added cost before you book.
What happens if the weather affects our sightseeing?
If snow or ice closes a planned route, we re-sequence the day or plan a practical alternative around Srinagar, based on the weather, access and the contracted transport. We cannot promise access to every spot, and weather-related changes do not automatically mean a refund.

Confirmation Policy
- Payment for your booking can be made in multiple parts.
- Once your first payment is received, you'll get an official email confirmation with your booking summary.
- After completing 100% payment, your final Travel Coffee voucher will be issued — containing hotel details, transport arrangements, inclusions, and emergency contact information.
- Please double-check traveller names, ID proofs, and travel dates before confirming the booking.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method or Travel Coffee wallet, as applicable.
- Refund timelines may vary if third-party suppliers (like hotels or transport partners) are involved.
- Convenience fees, taxes, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- Within 14 days of travel: 100% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations (after trip start) are non-refundable.
- In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force-majeure events, alternate arrangements will be offered whenever possible. However, cash refunds are not available in such scenarios.
Payment Term Policy
- A minimum 25–50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to block your slots.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before travel for domestic trips and 45 days before for international trips.
- Last-minute bookings (within 10 days) require 100% upfront payment at confirmation.
- All payments must be made only via official Travel Coffee channels (links, UPI, or bank accounts) listed on our website. Payments made to personal accounts or unofficial representatives are not recognised by Travel Coffee.
