An easy first evening before the long day out tomorrow. Once you have settled in, head to Lake Pichola for the late afternoon boat ride, the City Palace at its best across the water and Jag Mandir sitting out on its island. You only step onto the island if your voucher includes it. A few minutes on foot brings you to Bagore Ki Haveli and the Dharohar folk show, dance and puppetry in an old lakeside mansion. Dinner is yours on a rooftop nearby. Try to reach Udaipur by 2 pm so the evening is unhurried.

Tickets, your way. The time sensitive experiences in this package, the Lake Pichola boat ride and the Dharohar folk show, are arranged in advance and included, and so is the private Kumbhalgarh and Ranakpur road excursion, which covers your transport and itinerary coordination rather than monument entry tickets. Flexible attraction tickets such as City Palace, Sajjangarh, Kumbhalgarh Fort and Ranakpur visitor services stay separate, so you pay only for what you enter. We can arrange eligible tickets before travel or assist with eligible same day bookings at the official price plus any disclosed charge, or you can buy standard tickets at the venue counter. Same day help depends on availability and venue rules, so limited seat, fixed time or sold out experiences cannot be guaranteed on the day
The Kumbhalgarh road is a winding hill drive for the last stretch. The full excursion day involves 5 to 6 hours of driving, which is why we start at 8 am and why this tour has 3 nights, not 2
Ranakpur temple opens to non Jain visitors from around 12 noon to 5 pm. Our routing does the fort first for exactly this reason. Ranakpur visitor rules, timings and any applicable foreign national, camera or audio guide charges are reconfirmed before travel
Leather items including belts, wallets and bags are not allowed inside Ranakpur temple. Leave them in the cab, lockers are also available at the entrance
Phone use is restricted inside the main Ranakpur temple and photography is allowed only during fixed hours
Kumbhalgarh involves a fair amount of uphill walking to reach Badal Mahal at the top. Wear comfortable shoes and carry water, shops inside are limited
The Kumbhalgarh light and sound show runs in the evening. If you want to stay for it we can rework the day, though you will return to Udaipur late
Bagore Ki Haveli show seats are limited in season. We pre book your tickets, reach 15 minutes early for good seats
Activities are subject to weather, water levels, operating schedules, ticket availability and local authority instructions. If an included activity cannot operate, we will first try to reschedule it within your trip. If that is not possible, the applicable activity component will be refunded or adjusted with your approval. Tickets already issued may be non-refundable under the supplier's policy
April to June afternoons cross 40 degrees. If you travel in summer, we start the excursion day even earlier and shift city sightseeing to mornings and evenings
