- Any snow-equipped, chained or 4x4 vehicle needed between Tangmarg and Gulmarg during snowfall. This is weather-dependent and charged separately; if required, we share the price and arrangements in advance.
- Optional skiing, sledging, snowboarding, snowmobiles, ATVs, pony rides and equipment rental.
- Garden, park, monument and other entry tickets unless specifically included.
- Additional Pahalgam local sightseeing beyond the one agreed circuit, and optional sightseeing that needs local transport beyond the contracted route.
- Sonamarg sightseeing, which is not part of this itinerary.
- Houseboat stays and separately requested hotel or room upgrades.
- Early check-in and late checkout unless confirmed.

Know Before You Go
- November is often more late-autumn than peak snow. Snow is possible in higher areas, but it should not be expected everywhere.
- Early December snow is not guaranteed and depends on the weather. January and February can bring snow, icy roads and occasional delays. In March, Srinagar and Pahalgam may feel milder while higher areas around Gulmarg still have snow.
- This package does not include Sonamarg. We have replaced the Sonamarg day trip with an extra Pahalgam night and a full local sightseeing day. If you want Sonamarg too, our Complete Kashmir Tour Package follows a different six-day route.
- Gulmarg Gondola tickets are not included in the package price. We can assist with advance booking at an additional cost, subject to ticket availability, booking confirmation, weather conditions and cable car operations. Early booking is recommended, but tickets cannot be guaranteed.
- Selected Pahalgam valley roads use authorised local taxis, which are separate from your main cab. We explain the agreed circuit before booking.
- Aru and Betaab Valley sightseeing depends on weather, roads and permissions. Chandanwari, Baisaran and other restricted spots cannot be promised without current confirmation; they were named in the July 2026 district closure notice.
- During snowfall, the last stretch to Gulmarg may need a chained or 4x4 vehicle. This is weather-dependent and charged separately; if required, we share the price and arrangements in advance.
- Hotels differ in heating type, hours and hot-water timing. We confirm the room arrangements and any charges for your selected hotel before booking.
- If you are travelling with children, parents or elderly family members, tell us about room accessibility, stairs, lifts, food preferences, luggage and mobility needs before confirming.
- Carry thermals, warm jackets, gloves, caps, waterproof footwear, personal medicines, valid photo ID and some cash.
- Road closures, flight disruptions and adverse weather can affect winter schedules, so keep some flexibility for onward travel.
- Houseboats are optional. A heated Srinagar houseboat can replace a hotel night on request, at an additional cost and subject to heating, access and availability.

It gives you two nights in Pahalgam instead of adding a long Sonamarg day trip. You get a full day for selected Pahalgam valley sightseeing and more time to enjoy your stay.
Which destinations are covered?

How many nights do we stay in Pahalgam?
Two nights. You arrive on Day 2, have a full local sightseeing day on Day 3 and return to Srinagar on Day 4.
Is Sonamarg included?
No. Sonamarg is deliberately left out to keep this itinerary easier-paced. If you want Sonamarg, our Complete Kashmir Tour Package covers it on a different six-day route.
Is this a private family tour?
Yes. Your main vehicle is arranged for your booking, not shared with an unrelated group. The vehicle class depends on your group size, luggage and the confirmed quotation.
Is this package suitable for senior citizens?
It can suit many families travelling with parents, with two Pahalgam nights and fewer long excursions. Suitability still depends on mobility, health, walking and hotel accessibility, so please share any special needs before booking.
What kind of hotels are included?
Selected high-end 2-star or entry-level 3-star hotels in Srinagar and Pahalgam. The property names, room categories, heating and amenities are shared before booking.
Are Gondola tickets included?
No. Gulmarg Gondola tickets are not included in the package price. We can assist with advance booking at an additional cost, subject to ticket availability, booking confirmation, weather conditions and cable car operations. Early booking is recommended, but tickets cannot be guaranteed.
Is the Shikara ride included?
Yes, one private Shikara ride of about 60 minutes, subject to lake conditions. If your arrival timing does not allow it, we try to arrange it on another Srinagar day.
Is the Pahalgam local sightseeing taxi included?
Yes, one agreed local sightseeing circuit is included, subject to access. The authorised vehicle and covered route are confirmed in your quotation, and additional circuits may cost extra.
Can we visit Aru Valley and Betaab Valley?
We plan to visit selected accessible areas of Aru and/or Betaab Valley. The actual circuit depends on roads and permissions, and both cannot be guaranteed on every departure.
Is snowfall guaranteed?
No. Snowfall depends on your dates, altitude and the weather. Different places can have very different conditions even in winter.
Is heating included?
Yes. Effective room heating is included during your hotel stay, as per the confirmed hotel arrangement. We confirm the heating hours and hot water timing before you travel.
Do we need a separate vehicle in Gulmarg?
Possibly. On snow or ice, a suitable chained or 4x4 local vehicle may be needed on the approach. This is weather-dependent and charged separately; if required, we share the price and arrangements in advance.
Can we add a houseboat night?
Yes, on request. A Srinagar houseboat can replace a hotel night at an additional cost, subject to winter comfort and availability.
What happens if bad weather affects our sightseeing?
Our local team assesses conditions and suggests safe, practical alternatives where possible. Inaccessible roads or attractions are not attempted just to complete the plan, and any additional costs follow the terms shared before booking.

Confirmation Policy
- Payment for your booking can be made in multiple parts.
- Once your first payment is received, you'll get an official email confirmation with your booking summary.
- After completing 100% payment, your final Travel Coffee voucher will be issued — containing hotel details, transport arrangements, inclusions, and emergency contact information.
- Please double-check traveller names, ID proofs, and travel dates before confirming the booking.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method or Travel Coffee wallet, as applicable.
- Refund timelines may vary if third-party suppliers (like hotels or transport partners) are involved.
- Convenience fees, taxes, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- Within 14 days of travel: 100% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations (after trip start) are non-refundable.
- In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force-majeure events, alternate arrangements will be offered whenever possible. However, cash refunds are not available in such scenarios.
Payment Term Policy
- A minimum 25–50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to block your slots.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before travel for domestic trips and 45 days before for international trips.
- Last-minute bookings (within 10 days) require 100% upfront payment at confirmation.
- All payments must be made only via official Travel Coffee channels (links, UPI, or bank accounts) listed on our website. Payments made to personal accounts or unofficial representatives are not recognised by Travel Coffee.
