Itinerary
Arrive in Srinagar and meet your private driver, then check in to your Premium-category hotel and settle in. If your arrival time allows, enjoy your included one-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake and some easy time by the lakefront. We keep the first day light so everyone can rest. - One private Shikara ride of about 60 minutes on Dal Lake, subject to lake operations.
- One agreed authorised Pahalgam local taxi sightseeing circuit for selected accessible areas of Aru and/or Betaab Valley, subject to the agreed route and current access.

- Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1 and Phase 2 tickets.
- Any snow-equipped, chained or 4x4 vehicle needed between Tangmarg and Gulmarg during snowfall. This is weather-dependent and charged separately; if required, we share the price and arrangements in advance.
- Optional skiing, sledging, snowboarding, snowmobiles, ATVs, pony rides and equipment rental.
- Entry tickets for gardens, parks, monuments and other paid attractions unless specifically included.
- Additional Pahalgam local taxi circuits beyond the one agreed included circuit, and optional sightseeing that needs local transport beyond the contracted route.
- Sonamarg sightseeing, which is not part of this itinerary.
- Optional Srinagar houseboat accommodation and separately requested hotel or room upgrades.
- Early check-in and late checkout unless confirmed.

Know Before You Go
- November is often more late-autumn than peak snow. Snow is possible at higher altitudes, but it should not be expected everywhere.
- Early December snow is not guaranteed and depends on the weather. January and February can bring snow, icy roads and occasional delays. In March, Srinagar and Pahalgam may feel milder while higher areas around Gulmarg still have snow.
- This itinerary replaces the Sonamarg day trip with an extra Pahalgam night and a full local sightseeing day. If you want Sonamarg too, our Complete Kashmir Tour Package follows a different six-day route.
- Gulmarg Gondola tickets are not included in the package price. We can assist with advance booking at an additional cost, subject to ticket availability, booking confirmation, weather conditions and cable car operations. Early booking is recommended, but tickets cannot be guaranteed.
- Selected Pahalgam valley roads use authorised local taxis, which are separate from your main cab. We explain the agreed circuit before booking.
- Aru and Betaab Valley sightseeing depends on weather, roads and permissions. Chandanwari, Baisaran and other restricted spots cannot be promised without current confirmation; they were named in the July 2026 district closure notice.
- During snowfall, the last stretch to Gulmarg may need a chained or 4x4 vehicle. This is weather-dependent and charged separately; if required, we share the price and arrangements in advance. A Premium vehicle does not automatically have access to every snow-covered road.
- Hotels differ in heating type, hours, hot-water timing and power backup. We confirm the room arrangements and any charges for your selected hotel before booking.
- If you are travelling with children, parents or elderly family members, tell us about room accessibility, stairs, lifts, food preferences, luggage and mobility needs before confirming.
- Winter daylight is limited, so some excursions may begin earlier and sightseeing may be shortened if roads or daylight require it.
- Carry thermals, warm jackets, gloves, caps, waterproof footwear, personal medicines, valid photo ID and some cash. Keep some buffer for onward travel in case weather or road restrictions affect the schedule.
- Houseboats are optional. A heated Srinagar houseboat can replace one hotel night on request, at an additional cost and subject to heating, hot water and winter access.

Both packages follow the same itinerary. Premium includes selected high-end 3-star or entry-level 4-star hotels and an appropriately upgraded private vehicle. The sightseeing route and core inclusions remain the same.
Which destinations are covered?

How many nights do we stay in Pahalgam?
Two nights. You arrive on Day 2, spend Day 3 exploring selected local valleys and return to Srinagar on Day 4.
Is Sonamarg included?
No. We have kept this itinerary focused on Srinagar, Pahalgam and Gulmarg. If you want Sonamarg too, our Complete Kashmir Tour Package follows a different six-day route.
Is this a private family tour?
Yes. Your main vehicle is reserved for your booking, not shared with unrelated travellers. The exact vehicle category depends on group size and the confirmed quotation.
Is this suitable for senior citizens?
It may suit families who prefer fewer long excursions. Suitability still depends on individual mobility, hotel accessibility, walking requirements and road conditions, so please share any special requirements before booking.
What kind of hotels are included?
The Premium package uses selected high-end 3-star or entry-level 4-star hotels in Srinagar and Pahalgam. Actual hotel names, room categories, heating and meal plans are shared before confirmation.
Will we get an Innova Crysta?
The Premium category may use Ertiga or Innova-class vehicles depending on the booking. An Innova Crysta is guaranteed only when that exact model is specified in your confirmed quotation.
Are Gondola tickets included?
No. Gulmarg Gondola tickets are not included in the package price. We can assist with advance booking at an additional cost, subject to ticket availability, booking confirmation, weather conditions and cable car operations. Early booking is recommended, but tickets cannot be guaranteed.
Is a private Shikara ride included?
Yes, one private Shikara ride of about one hour, subject to operating conditions. If your arrival timing does not allow it, we try to arrange it on another suitable Srinagar day.
Is Pahalgam's local sightseeing cab included?
Yes, one agreed authorised local sightseeing circuit is included, subject to access. The exact vehicle, accessible route and covered charges are confirmed in your quotation before booking.
Can we visit Aru Valley and Betaab Valley?
These are planned sightseeing options. The exact circuit depends on road conditions and permissions, so one or both may be visited depending on access.
Can we expect snowfall?
Snowfall is not guaranteed on any particular date. Snow conditions change through November to March and vary across Srinagar, Pahalgam and Gulmarg.
Is hotel heating included?
Yes. Effective room heating is included during your hotel stay, as per the confirmed hotel arrangement. We confirm the heating hours and hot water timing before you travel.
Can we add a houseboat night?
Yes, on request. A heated Srinagar houseboat can replace one hotel night at additional cost, subject to availability and winter comfort.
Are honeymoon decorations included?
Not by default. This is a Premium family holiday, not a dedicated honeymoon package. Cakes, room decoration and special dinners can be arranged separately on request.
What happens if winter weather affects sightseeing?
Our local team assesses road and weather conditions and suggests practical alternatives where possible. Inaccessible destinations are not attempted just to complete the itinerary, and any additional costs follow the terms shared before booking.

Confirmation Policy
- Payment for your booking can be made in multiple parts.
- Once your first payment is received, you'll get an official email confirmation with your booking summary.
- After completing 100% payment, your final Travel Coffee voucher will be issued — containing hotel details, transport arrangements, inclusions, and emergency contact information.
- Please double-check traveller names, ID proofs, and travel dates before confirming the booking.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method or Travel Coffee wallet, as applicable.
- Refund timelines may vary if third-party suppliers (like hotels or transport partners) are involved.
- Convenience fees, taxes, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- Within 14 days of travel: 100% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations (after trip start) are non-refundable.
- In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force-majeure events, alternate arrangements will be offered whenever possible. However, cash refunds are not available in such scenarios.
Payment Term Policy
- A minimum 25–50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to block your slots.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before travel for domestic trips and 45 days before for international trips.
- Last-minute bookings (within 10 days) require 100% upfront payment at confirmation.
- All payments must be made only via official Travel Coffee channels (links, UPI, or bank accounts) listed on our website. Payments made to personal accounts or unofficial representatives are not recognised by Travel Coffee.
