Arrive in Srinagar and meet the assigned Travel Coffee representative or driver at the confirmed group pickup point. Head to your hotel, settle in and meet the travellers you'll be sharing the next few days with. If arrival times and lake conditions permit, enjoy a shared Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Know Before You Go
- This is a shared group trip. You travel with other guests and follow a common itinerary.
- There are two destination overnights, one in Gulmarg and one in Pahalgam, plus three nights in Srinagar.
- The Gulmarg overnight is an important part of this trip, and the hotel is planned in Gulmarg itself, not Tangmarg.
- The Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1 ticket value is included, but availability and cable car operation cannot be guaranteed. If a ticket cannot be confirmed, the Phase 1 amount is refunded or adjusted.
- The Gondola operator publishes planned maintenance closures, so we check official dates before confirming departures and ticket plans.
- Sonamarg is weather-dependent, and the route and accessible sightseeing areas may change. Reaching Sonamarg town does not guarantee Thajiwas Glacier, Zero Point or Zoji La.
- Pahalgam has a local taxi system, and selected valley roads require authorised local transport. Chandanwari, Baisaran and Tulian Lake were named in the July 2026 district closure notice and cannot be promised without current official confirmation.
- Day 3, the Gulmarg to Pahalgam drive, is a long cross-valley transfer, not a full sightseeing day.
- Gulmarg access can require a snow vehicle, with suitable passenger and luggage handling.
- Room heating and hot water vary by hotel, and the confirmed arrangements are disclosed before travel.
- Snowfall is not guaranteed. November and early December can be very different from January and February.
- Solo travellers should confirm room sharing. Roommate arrangements and any supplement are shared before booking.
- Flights are not included, so arrange travel around the confirmed group pickup and drop windows.
- Pack for winter: warm layers, gloves, waterproof shoes, valid photo ID, personal medicines and some cash.
- Winter itineraries need flexibility, as roads, hotels and cable car services can be affected by conditions beyond the group's control.

What's different from the Best Selling Kashmir Group Tour?
Most Loved is one day longer and includes an actual Gulmarg overnight and a planned Sonamarg excursion. Both products include the conditional Phase 1 Gondola ticket benefit and a Pahalgam overnight.
Can I join alone?
Yes. Solo travellers can join a confirmed open group departure, subject to seat availability and agreed room-sharing arrangements.
Is the Gulmarg overnight included?
Yes. One night is planned at a hotel physically located in Gulmarg. If weather prevents access, any changed arrangement is communicated and handled according to the confirmed terms.
Is there an overnight stay in Pahalgam?
Yes. The itinerary includes one night in Pahalgam before returning to Srinagar after local valley sightseeing.
Are Gondola Phase 1 tickets included?
The ticket component is included in the package price, but tickets can only be issued subject to availability, and the cable car must be operating on the travel date.
What happens if the Gondola is closed?
If tickets cannot be booked, the stated Phase 1 ticket amount is refunded or adjusted. If the operator closes a confirmed ride, its eligible official refund is passed on under the applicable rules.
Is Phase 2 included?
No. Phase 2 is an optional extra and requires a separate confirmed ticket.
Is a houseboat night included?
Not by default. A winter-ready Srinagar houseboat may be offered as a separately quoted upgrade after checking heating, access and availability.
Is there a trip captain?
Travel Coffee provides a named operating coordinator. An accompanying trip captain is included only when specifically confirmed for the batch.
Can the group depart with four travellers?
The intended minimum is four paying guests, subject to approved four-person pricing and confirmed operating arrangements. The departure status is communicated before booking.
What happens if Sonamarg is closed?
The local team assesses safe alternatives, usually around accessible Srinagar sightseeing, within the confirmed booking scope. Sonamarg access cannot be guaranteed.
Are the winter transfers included?
The aim is to include the normal required winter vehicle transfers for the planned route. The final supplier arrangement and covered charges are verified and reflected in the approved inclusions.
Is snowfall guaranteed?
No. Snowfall varies by date and altitude, and the itinerary is designed around the destinations, not a promise of fresh snow.

Confirmation Policy
- Payment for your booking can be made in multiple parts.
- Once your first payment is received, you'll get an official email confirmation with your booking summary.
- After completing 100% payment, your final Travel Coffee voucher will be issued — containing hotel details, transport arrangements, inclusions, and emergency contact information.
- Please double-check traveller names, ID proofs, and travel dates before confirming the booking.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method or Travel Coffee wallet, as applicable.
- Refund timelines may vary if third-party suppliers (like hotels or transport partners) are involved.
- Convenience fees, taxes, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- Within 14 days of travel: 100% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations (after trip start) are non-refundable.
- In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force-majeure events, alternate arrangements will be offered whenever possible. However, cash refunds are not available in such scenarios.
Payment Term Policy
- A minimum 25–50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to block your slots.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before travel for domestic trips and 45 days before for international trips.
- Last-minute bookings (within 10 days) require 100% upfront payment at confirmation.
- All payments must be made only via official Travel Coffee channels (links, UPI, or bank accounts) listed on our website. Payments made to personal accounts or unofficial representatives are not recognised by Travel Coffee.
