- The trip starts in Srinagar. Flights and trains are not included.
- Arrival and departure transfers use confirmed group windows, so share your travel details before booking flights.
- Room sharing is part of the group experience. Roommates and any single-room charge are explained before confirmation.
- The Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1 ticket value is included, but ticket availability and cable car operation are never guaranteed. If a ticket cannot be confirmed, the Phase 1 amount is refunded or adjusted.
- The Gondola operator publishes planned maintenance closures, which can affect departures. We check the schedule before confirming activity arrangements.
- Pahalgam local sightseeing uses authorised local taxis, and the agreed circuit depends on current permissions and road conditions. Chandanwari, Baisaran and Tulian Lake were named in the July 2026 district closure notice and cannot be promised without current official confirmation.
- Snowfall is not guaranteed. November, December, January, February and March can bring very different conditions.
- Gulmarg roads can require a snow vehicle, and the exact transport plan is shared in your booking details.
- Hotel heating and hot water vary by property, and we disclose the confirmed arrangements before travel.
- Winter daylight is limited, so some sightseeing may be shortened for safe travel.
- Pack warm clothing: thermals, gloves, waterproof shoes, a warm jacket, personal medicines and valid photo ID.
- Group departures have minimum participation rules, so understand the confirmation, rescheduling and cancellation terms before booking.

Can I join this Kashmir group trip alone?
Yes. Solo travellers can reserve a seat on an available join-in departure. Room sharing and any single-room supplement are confirmed before payment.
Is this a private tour?

Does this package include a Pahalgam night?
Yes. One night is planned in Pahalgam, with three nights in Srinagar.
Is Sonamarg included?
No. Sonamarg is part of Travel Coffee's longer six-day group itinerary, not this five-day tour.
Are Gulmarg Gondola tickets included?
One Phase 1 ticket allocation is included per eligible paying traveller, subject to ticket availability and cable car operation. The ride cannot be guaranteed, and Phase 2 is extra.
What happens if Gondola Phase 1 tickets aren't available?
The identified Phase 1 ticket amount is refunded or adjusted against your balance under the approved booking policy. Confirmed tickets affected by an operator closure follow the official refund terms.
What are the hotel and room-sharing arrangements?
The trip uses selected clean, group-friendly hotels or guesthouses. Twin sharing is the preferred basis, with other arrangements offered according to occupancy and the final quote.
Will there be a trip captain?
A named Travel Coffee coordinator supports the departure. A travelling trip captain joins only when specifically confirmed for that batch.
What if only four people book?
We plan to run eligible micro-group departures with four paying travellers, but only once the four-person vehicle, hotel and service costs are confirmed. The departure status is communicated before you commit.
What happens if a destination is closed?
The operating team follows official road and safety conditions and suggests a practical alternative where possible. Refunds or extra charges follow the terms shared at booking.

Confirmation Policy
- Payment for your booking can be made in multiple parts.
- Once your first payment is received, you'll get an official email confirmation with your booking summary.
- After completing 100% payment, your final Travel Coffee voucher will be issued — containing hotel details, transport arrangements, inclusions, and emergency contact information.
- Please double-check traveller names, ID proofs, and travel dates before confirming the booking.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method or Travel Coffee wallet, as applicable.
- Refund timelines may vary if third-party suppliers (like hotels or transport partners) are involved.
- Convenience fees, taxes, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- Within 14 days of travel: 100% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations (after trip start) are non-refundable.
- In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force-majeure events, alternate arrangements will be offered whenever possible. However, cash refunds are not available in such scenarios.
Payment Term Policy
- A minimum 25–50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to block your slots.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before travel for domestic trips and 45 days before for international trips.
- Last-minute bookings (within 10 days) require 100% upfront payment at confirmation.
- All payments must be made only via official Travel Coffee channels (links, UPI, or bank accounts) listed on our website. Payments made to personal accounts or unofficial representatives are not recognised by Travel Coffee.
