Arrive in Srinagar and meet your private driver, then check in to your Premium-category hotel and settle in. If your arrival time allows, enjoy your included one-hour Shikara ride on Dal Lake and some time by the lakefront. - Skiing, snowboarding, sledging, snowmobile rides, pony rides, equipment rental and lessons.
- Ski lift or activity tickets other than separately booked Gondola tickets.
- Paid attraction entry fees unless specifically included.
- Drung Waterfall local taxi, sightseeing fees and any additional transfer not included in the final quotation.

- This is a winter-focused tour, but snowfall depends on the actual weather and your travel dates. November may have limited snow, and conditions in December to March can vary.
- The two nights are actually in Gulmarg, at a selected hotel physically in Gulmarg. Tangmarg is not a substitute for the advertised stay.
- Snow or ice can make a chained or snow-equipped local vehicle necessary between Tangmarg and Gulmarg, in either direction. This is weather-dependent and charged separately, and we communicate the price and arrangement upfront before booking, as is standard for this route.
- Your hotel location matters, and our representative Gulmarg properties sit within a short walk of the Gondola base and main sightseeing. The exact hotel, any walking needs and any local transport cost are confirmed in your booking.
- Gulmarg Gondola Phase 1 and Phase 2 tickets are optional and separately chargeable, subject to availability, booking confirmation, weather and cable car operations. Two Gulmarg nights do not guarantee a Gondola ride.
- Skiing, sledging, snowboarding, snowmobiles, lessons and equipment rental are optional and charged separately. Availability depends on conditions and operators.
- Drung Waterfall is optional and may be visited only when road and local transport allow. It is not guaranteed to be frozen, and local taxi or fees are extra.
- Hotels differ in heating type, hours, hot water, backup power and room access. We confirm these details for your selected property before booking.
- Carry thermals, a warm jacket, gloves, a cap, waterproof shoes, warm socks, sunglasses, personal medicines and valid photo ID.
- Gulmarg involves some walking, sometimes on snowy or icy surfaces depending on the hotel and road conditions. Families with elderly members or small children should share their requirements before booking.
- Heavy snow or road closures may delay arrival at Gulmarg or the return to Srinagar. The local team follows the day's conditions and explains any required changes.
- The last planned night is in Srinagar to reduce the risk of a long mountain transfer on departure day. Flight disruption or severe road closure can still affect the onward journey.
- Houseboats are optional. A winter-ready Srinagar houseboat can replace one hotel night on request, at an additional cost and subject to heating, access and availability.

Will two nights improve our chances of taking the Gondola?
A two-night stay gives you more time in Gulmarg and more scheduling flexibility. It does not guarantee ticket availability, an alternative slot or actual cable car operation.
Is snowfall guaranteed?
No. Snowfall depends on the weather and the month of travel. The holiday is planned around a Gulmarg mountain stay, whether fresh snow falls or not.
Is skiing included?
No. Skiing, snowboarding, equipment rental, lessons and other snow activities are optional and charged separately.
Is the Drung Waterfall included?
No. A Drung visit may be requested separately if road conditions, permissions, transport and daylight allow. Its frozen appearance is not guaranteed, and local taxi or fees are extra.
Will we need a separate vehicle in Gulmarg?

Does this package include Pahalgam or Sonamarg?

What happens if heavy snowfall blocks access to Gulmarg?
The local team assesses road conditions and coordinates the safest practical next steps. Alternative accommodation, delayed transfers, unplanned nights and any additional costs are handled under the confirmed booking terms, and nothing is guaranteed without a supporting supplier agreement.

- Payment for your booking can be made in multiple parts.
- Once your first payment is received, you'll get an official email confirmation with your booking summary.
- After completing 100% payment, your final Travel Coffee voucher will be issued — containing hotel details, transport arrangements, inclusions, and emergency contact information.
- Please double-check traveller names, ID proofs, and travel dates before confirming the booking.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method or Travel Coffee wallet, as applicable.
- Refund timelines may vary if third-party suppliers (like hotels or transport partners) are involved.
- Convenience fees, taxes, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- Within 14 days of travel: 100% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations (after trip start) are non-refundable.
- In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force-majeure events, alternate arrangements will be offered whenever possible. However, cash refunds are not available in such scenarios.
Payment Term Policy
- A minimum 25–50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to block your slots.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before travel for domestic trips and 45 days before for international trips.
- Last-minute bookings (within 10 days) require 100% upfront payment at confirmation.
- All payments must be made only via official Travel Coffee channels (links, UPI, or bank accounts) listed on our website. Payments made to personal accounts or unofficial representatives are not recognised by Travel Coffee.
