Arrive at Leh Airport and transfer to your hotel with the group. The entire day is for rest and acclimatization. Leh sits at 11,500 ft, so take it slow, stay hydrated, and let your body adjust before the adventure begins. If you feel comfortable by evening, a short walk to Shanti Stupa offers your first sunset over the Ladakh range. Later, meet your trip captain and fellow travellers for an ice breaker session, trip briefing, and group dinner. This is where the trip really starts.

Know Before You Go
This is a group tour. You will share the vehicle and accommodation with other travellers in the same batch
Triple sharing is the standard room arrangement. Couples or travellers wanting more space can upgrade to double sharing at Rs 3,000 extra per person
A minimum of 8 travellers is needed to operate each batch. If a departure does not reach minimum numbers, we offer a free date change to the next batch or a full refund, communicated at least 10 days before travel
Airport transfers run at fixed group time slots, not as individual pickups. Exact slot details are shared before your travel date
Leh sits at 11,500 ft. Day 1 is strictly for acclimatization. Do not skip it and avoid any physical exertion on arrival day
Stay hydrated throughout the trip. Aim for 3 to 4 litres of water daily and avoid alcohol completely in the first 48 hours
Carry warm layers even in summer. Nights at Pangong and Nubra can drop to near freezing temperatures regardless of the season
Mobile network works in Leh town (Jio and Airtel postpaid). Signal is limited or absent at Nubra, Pangong, and en route to the passes. ATMs are only in Leh, so carry sufficient cash
Pack sunscreen SPF 50+, UV protective sunglasses, lip balm, and heavy moisturizer. The sun at altitude is intense and deceptive
