Welcome to Jaipur, the Pink City. We pick you up and start with an afternoon of palaces and old streets. Try to reach Jaipur by about 11 AM so you have enough time for today's sights. If you land late, the afternoon gets shorter, City Palace or Jantar Mantar may move to Day 2, and we may not fit every sight in. Your driver drives you around, he is not a monument guide. Overnight in Jaipur in a 4 star or better hotel. Meals: none today. Your Day 1 breakfast and lunch are on you.

- Five breakfasts (Days 2 to 6) and one dinner at the camp on Day 5. City hotels give you breakfast only, no dinners. The camp gives you dinner that night and breakfast the next morning.
- Your own private AC SUV and driver for the whole trip (an Innova Crysta or similar, picked to fit your group and bags). It covers the Jaipur pickup, every drive and sight in the plan, the drive to the camp, and the drive to your chosen drop in Jaipur or Jodhpur. A Swift, Ertiga or smaller car is not the Luxury car. We tell you the exact vehicle before you pay.
- Fuel, the driver's charges, road tolls and normal parking on the planned route. Extra kilometres, side trips or longer use are priced and agreed first.
- At the camp: a camel ride, folk dance, DJ night, bonfire and dinner, all shared with the other guests. The camp is the same in all three packages, Standard, Premium and Luxury.
- Everything written in your booking note: the hotels, rooms, vehicle and camp. Entry tickets and guides are not included unless you buy them yourself.
Exclusions
- Flights and trains, and getting yourself to the Jaipur pickup or home from your drop city. Travel insurance.
- All entry tickets, guides and audio guides, camera or video fees, boating, and any local jeeps, golf carts or autos you take by choice or where cars are not allowed.
- All lunches, city dinners and the Day 1 breakfast. Snacks, tea or coffee outside the included breakfast, bottled water, cold drinks, alcohol and anything from room service.
- Jeep safari, dune bashing, quad biking, longer camel safaris, private shows, private dinners and any party setup.
- Early check in, late check out, extra nights, room upgrades, room heaters or other paid room services the hotel does not give free, laundry, tips and shopping.
- Extra sightseeing, extra pickup or drop spots, side trips, or longer use of the vehicle unless we have priced it.
- Any seasonal price rise, fixed festival charge or tax that is not already in your final quote. We list anything like this before you pay.

Know Before You Go
- We pick you up in Jaipur, and your drop is in Jaipur or Jodhpur. The price is the same either way. Just tell us your drop city when you book so we can plan the last day.
- The two drops make for different last days. A Jodhpur drop is a drive of about 5 to 6 hours from the desert. A Jaipur drop is a long drive of about 11 to 12 hours, so keep your next flight or train for late evening, or add a night in Jaipur.
- All times in the plan are rough, not fixed. When a sight is in the plan, it means we keep time and the vehicle for it. It does not mean the ticket is paid. A stop marked 'if time allows' may be dropped, and your driver may swap the order to work around traffic, opening times and daylight.
- You pay the entry tickets yourself at every sight. Rough prices for an Indian adult, checked on 8 October 2026: City Palace Jaipur ₹400, Jantar Mantar ₹100, Amer Fort ₹200, Nahargarh ₹100, Mehrangarh museum ₹200 (lift ₹50 one way), Jaswant Thada ₹50. Counter prices can change, so buy at the official counters.
- Those six tickets come to about ₹1,050 per adult if you do all six, including the extra Nahargarh and Jaswant Thada. That is only part of it. Jaisalmer fort, museum, Jain temple and haveli tickets, guides, camera fees, local rides and any extra activity are on top. Prices for foreign guests and any discounts are different.
- Hawa Mahal is a photo stop from the street. Going inside is not in the plan, and that ticket is extra if you want it. The City Palace Textile Gallery is shut for repair, and access to some rooms can change.
- This package sets your city hotel level, which here is 4 star or better. A 5 star hotel every night, a palace property, a suite, a private pool or a special view is included only if we list it in your quote. The camp is the same in all three packages. Before you pay, we share the hotel names, room types, camp and tent details, bathroom type, check in and check out times and hot water details. A fancy tent is included only if we have listed it.
- Your SUV, an Innova Crysta or similar, is for the planned route and your set pickup and drop. It is not on call all day and night, and it is not used for dune bashing. A Swift or Ertiga is not the Luxury car. Forts, markets and old lanes mean walking and steps, and parking can be a short walk away. Where a smaller local vehicle is needed, that is extra. Tell us your bags and any walking needs before you book so the vehicle fits your group.
- The meals that are included follow each hotel's own menu and timing. It may not be a buffet. Tell us if you are vegetarian, Jain or have any other food need before you book. Special menus, late meals and packed breakfasts need to be agreed first.
- Carry warm clothes for the evening and good walking shoes. Camp rooms, hot water and heating change from place to place. The folk dance, music and dinner at the camp are shared with other guests, and the music can get loud. The camp evening depends on the weather, the venue and local permissions. Tell us before you book if you want a quiet stay.
- The camel ride is your choice. Tell us early if you would rather skip it and we will suggest something else. You do not get automatic cash back for meals, visits or activities you choose to skip. If something you paid for is not given properly, tell Travel Coffee and we will sort it out under your booking terms.
- The starting price is for two adults sharing one room and one vehicle. Dates in October to January, festivals, long weekends, Christmas and New Year can carry different rates and fixed hotel charges. Your dated quote shows the final amount, taxes and any fixed add ons before you pay. A different group size, room setup or vehicle is priced on its own.
- Carry the government photo ID that hotels and sights ask for. Foreign guests, please tell us your nationality before the quote, as entry and other prices can be different. Please follow the dress, footwear, photo and restricted area rules at temples. Repairs or closures can limit access to some rooms.
- Before you pay, we send a written quote with your dates, group size, room sharing, package, hotel and camp names, room and tent types, vehicle, meals, taxes, any fixed add ons and the final amount. It also shows the booking amount, the date the balance is due, and the cancellation terms. Your booking is final only once Travel Coffee confirms it in writing.

Where does the tour start and end?
We pick you up in Jaipur. You choose your drop, Jaipur or Jodhpur, and the price is the same either way. A Jodhpur drop is a shorter last day of about 5 to 6 hours. A Jaipur drop is a long drive back of about 11 to 12 hours, so keep your next flight or train for late evening, or add a night in Jaipur.
Why pick the Luxury package?
Luxury gives you two steps up over Standard and Premium: 4 star or better city hotels, and a private SUV, an Innova Crysta or similar, in place of a smaller car. The route, meals and camp are the same in all three. Entry tickets, guides, a private dune safari and a fancy camp upgrade are not included.
Which vehicle do we get?
A private SUV, an Innova Crysta or similar, with a driver for the whole trip, sized to your group and bags. We confirm the exact vehicle in your quote. Any car we swap in stays in the same class. A Swift or Ertiga is the Standard or Premium car, not the Luxury one.
If a sight is in the plan, is the ticket included?
No. The plan keeps time and the vehicle for each sight, but you pay the tickets, guides and local rides yourself. See 'Know before you go' for rough ticket prices and the extra stops.
How many meals are included?
Five breakfasts, on Days 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6, and one dinner at the camp on Day 5. All lunches, city dinners and the Day 1 breakfast are on you.
What is included at the camp?
One night's stay, dinner, breakfast the next morning, a camel ride, folk dance, DJ night and bonfire. We put the tent type and camel ride details in your quote. Jeep safari and dune bashing are extra.
Does the camp change with the hotel level?
No. All three packages use the same camp and the same camp activities. A higher hotel level does not add a fancy tent, a private show, a private dinner or a jeep safari. Any camp upgrade is a separate add on, priced before you book.
Is this a private trip or a group departure?
It is a private trip for your group only. The price shown is for two adults sharing one room. Bigger groups get their own quote for rooms and vehicle. You do not join a fixed group on the road. Only the camp dinner and the evening show are shared with other guests at the camp.
Can we arrive in Jaipur late or leave early?
Yes, once we check the plan and the drive times with you. Reaching late on Day 1 means less time for sights. Leaving very early on Day 6 may mean missing the camp breakfast. Early check in, an extra night or extra vehicle time can change the price.
Can we add Udaipur, Pushkar, Tanot or Longewala?
These are not in this package. Ask us and we will make a new plan and quote. They usually add distance or a night, and we would not drop the planned city and camp time for them.
Does the price include every tax and holiday charge?
Your dated quote shows the final amount, and whether package GST and any seasonal charges are in it or added on. Check that total before you pay. The starting price on its own is not the full bill.
What if we cancel or change dates?
Your written booking note lists the cancellation terms, change charges and anything a hotel or supplier will not refund. Ask for these before you pay. Changing dates depends on what is free then and the price at that time.

Confirmation Policy
- Payment for your booking can be made in multiple parts.
- Once your first payment is received, you'll get an official email confirmation with your booking summary.
- After completing 100% payment, your final Travel Coffee voucher will be issued — containing hotel details, transport arrangements, inclusions, and emergency contact information.
- Please double-check traveller names, ID proofs, and travel dates before confirming the booking.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method or Travel Coffee wallet, as applicable.
- Refund timelines may vary if third-party suppliers (like hotels or transport partners) are involved.
- Convenience fees, taxes, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- Within 14 days of travel: 100% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations (after trip start) are non-refundable.
- In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force-majeure events, alternate arrangements will be offered whenever possible. However, cash refunds are not available in such scenarios.
Payment Term Policy
- A minimum 25–50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to block your slots.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before travel for domestic trips and 45 days before for international trips.
- Last-minute bookings (within 10 days) require 100% upfront payment at confirmation.
- All payments must be made only via official Travel Coffee channels (links, UPI, or bank accounts) listed on our website. Payments made to personal accounts or unofficial representatives are not recognised by Travel Coffee.
