- Safari bookings run on the official portal; zones/vehicles are allotted by the Forest Dept and can’t be guaranteed by preference. Carry the same photo ID used for booking.
- Seasonality: Safari timings follow daylight; monsoon (Jul–Sep) can restrict core zones — expect buffer zones then.
- Closures: Taj Mahal closes Fridays; several Delhi monuments close Mondays—substitutes are sequenced in.
- Ethical touring: Jeep ascent at Amber (no elephant rides).
- Shared logistics keep costs low; brief waits are normal. Festival days may need extra buffer.
Frequently Asked Questions
Are two safaris enough for tiger sightings?
Yes—AM + PM covers different light and movement. Add a third dawn drive on Day 5 if wildlife is your top priority.
Can we upgrade any sector to a private cab?
Absolutely—flip individual city days or full legs to private car for more flexibility (added cost).
Road vs train to Ranthambore?
Both work. Train (Agra ➝ Sawai Madhopur) can be faster on heavy-traffic days; road is simpler with luggage.
Which zones are best?
Sightings vary daily. Zones are assigned by the Forest Dept; we try for variety across two drives when inventory allows.
Can we end in Jaipur?
Yes—often reduces backtracking and pairs well with evening flights. Let us know at booking.

Confirmation Policy
- Payment for your booking can be made in multiple parts.
- Once your first payment is received, you'll get an official email confirmation with your booking summary.
- After completing 100% payment, your final Travel Coffee voucher will be issued — containing hotel details, transport arrangements, inclusions, and emergency contact information.
- Please double-check traveller names, ID proofs, and travel dates before confirming the booking.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method or Travel Coffee wallet, as applicable.
- Refund timelines may vary if third-party suppliers (like hotels or transport partners) are involved.
- Convenience fees, taxes, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- Within 14 days of travel: 100% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations (after trip start) are non-refundable.
- In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force-majeure events, alternate arrangements will be offered whenever possible. However, cash refunds are not available in such scenarios.
Payment Term Policy
- A minimum 25–50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to block your slots.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before travel for domestic trips and 45 days before for international trips.
- Last-minute bookings (within 10 days) require 100% upfront payment at confirmation.
- All payments must be made only via official Travel Coffee channels (links, UPI, or bank accounts) listed on our website. Payments made to personal accounts or unofficial representatives are not recognised by Travel Coffee.
