- Prices shown are estimates based on 4 adults sharing 2 rooms on regular dates, with private transport, 9 breakfasts and 9 dinners. Flights are extra. Your final tax-inclusive price depends on your travel dates, room availability and the confirmed vehicle. Christmas, New Year and other peak dates cost more.
- Per-adult cost changes with group size and room sharing. On regular dates, Premium estimates are about Rs 72,999 for 2 adults in 1 room, Rs 51,999 for 4 adults in 2 rooms, and Rs 58,499 for 6 adults in 3 rooms. The Rs 51,999 figure is a four-adult estimate, not a two-person rate.
- We allow about one medium suitcase and one small day bag per adult, then check actual bag sizes with your driver. Seats alone are not a luggage plan, so six adults travel in two Innova Crystas, and extra or oversized luggage may change the vehicle and the price.
- Two days are long transfers, Shimla to Manali and Manali to Dharamshala, and both can finish after dark. We do not promise sightseeing on arrival evenings.
- All times are approximate planning windows. Traffic, road controls, weather and your hotel's location can change them.
- Winter access is condition-based. Kufri, Solang, the Atal Tunnel approach, Khajjiar and Kalatop depend on the roads and local rules on the day. We arrange safe, lower-altitude alternatives when a route is closed.
- Snowfall cannot be promised on any date. We can point you to where snow is more likely, but fresh snow is weather, not a scheduled event.
- Hotels have an agreed heating arrangement, warm bedding and hot water. In Premium the upgraded room category, facilities and heating hours are confirmed in your quote. Please do not assume central or round-the-clock heating, or a mountain view at every hotel.
- Tell us about children, their ages, mobility needs and luggage before booking, so we can check rooms, walking access and vehicle space. Child, single-room and extra-bed prices depend on the hotels and vehicle, with no automatic free-child allowance.
- This trip flies into Chandigarh and out of Amritsar. Plan a flight landing by about 11:00 am on Day 1 and an Amritsar flight at 7:00 pm or later on Day 10, and let us confirm the fit before you book tickets.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a private holiday?
Yes. Your vehicle and included sightseeing are for your own group only. You do not join a shared sightseeing group. A six-adult booking uses two vehicles for luggage and comfort.
Does the package include an overnight Volvo or a Delhi transfer?
No. This trip starts at Chandigarh Airport and ends at Amritsar Airport, and all nine nights are in hotels. A Delhi or Volvo version would need a different route, duration and quote.
What is different in Premium compared with Standard?
Premium upgrades the hotel and room standard and uses Innova Crysta transport or a confirmed equivalent. The route, nine nights, meal plan and sightseeing stay exactly the same as the Standard tier.
Are the hotels heated?
The stay plan includes an agreed heating arrangement, warm bedding and hot water. In Premium we confirm the actual facilities and heating hours along with the upgraded room category in your quote. Please do not assume central or round-the-clock heating, or a mountain view at every hotel.
Can we see snow or visit Sissu?
Snowfall cannot be promised. Solang, Khajjiar, Kalatop and the Atal Tunnel approach depend on conditions and local rules. Sissu and Rohtang are not fixed parts of this trip. If a planned area is closed, we arrange a suitable accessible alternative.
Why does the price change with group size?
Private vehicle cost is shared across your group, while room and meal costs follow the number of travellers. Six adults travel in two Innova Crystas for luggage and comfort, so Premium does not become cheaper per person than the four-adult setup.
How is the price worked out for 2, 4 or 6 adults?
On regular dates, Premium estimates per adult are about Rs 72,999 for 2 adults in 1 room, Rs 51,999 for 4 adults in 2 rooms, and Rs 58,499 for 6 adults in 3 rooms. These are estimates, not guaranteed rates. Festive dates cost more: for the 20 to 29 December example, about Rs 1,04,499, Rs 80,499 and Rs 87,499 per adult for the same groups, and for the 27 December to 5 January New Year example, about Rs 1,03,999, Rs 79,999 and Rs 86,999. Peak dates, long weekends and local events are quoted separately. Flights are extra and taxes are included in the final quote.
Are children and extra beds priced separately?
Yes. Share children's ages, room-sharing preferences and any extra-bed needs when you ask for a quote. Child, single-room and extra-bed prices depend on the selected hotels and vehicle. There is no automatic free-child allowance.
What should we confirm before paying?
Confirm your flight timings, the named hotels, rooms, heating, vehicle allocation, final taxes, any mandatory supplements and the cancellation terms in writing. A website estimate does not confirm availability or hold any rooms. We use the current Travel Coffee payment and cancellation policies, with any stricter supplier conditions disclosed.
Who is this trip best for?
Couples, families and friends who want the main Himachal hill stations in one trip with more comfortable stays and transport, and who are comfortable with two long transfer days. It suits travellers flying into Chandigarh and out of Amritsar. If you prefer very short drives, ask us for a slower or smaller circuit.
What is the best time for this trip?
November to January is the winter window this trip is built for, with clear days, cold nights and a chance of snow at the higher points. Roads are condition-based in deep winter, so a little date flexibility helps.

- Once your first payment is received, you'll get an official email confirmation with your booking summary.
- After completing 100% payment, your final Travel Coffee voucher will be issued — containing hotel details, transport arrangements, inclusions, and emergency contact information.
- Please double-check traveller names, ID proofs, and travel dates before confirming the booking.
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.
- Refunds are credited to your original payment method or Travel Coffee wallet, as applicable.
- Refund timelines may vary if third-party suppliers (like hotels or transport partners) are involved.
- Convenience fees, taxes, and gateway charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- 30 days or more before travel: 25% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- 15 to 29 days before travel: 50% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- Within 14 days of travel: 100% of total booking cost charged as cancellation fees.
- No-show or last-minute cancellations (after trip start) are non-refundable.
- In case of weather disruptions, government restrictions, strikes, or other force-majeure events, alternate arrangements will be offered whenever possible. However, cash refunds are not available in such scenarios.
Payment Term Policy
- A minimum 25–50% advance payment is required at the time of booking to block your slots.
- The remaining balance must be cleared at least 30 days before travel for domestic trips and 45 days before for international trips.
- Last-minute bookings (within 10 days) require 100% upfront payment at confirmation.
- All payments must be made only via official Travel Coffee channels (links, UPI, or bank accounts) listed on our website. Payments made to personal accounts or unofficial representatives are not recognised by Travel Coffee.
